We are a friendly group of amateur astronomers in Thanet, Kent.
We hold various meetings around Thanet when we are able to, for stargazing with or without telescopes, to look at a variety of objects including the sun (NEVER look directly at the sun without a proper solar filter), moon, nebulas, galaxies and more.
